    Our CNC machine can easily process melamine, chipboard, MDF, plywood, hardwoods, and softwoods for the production of cabinet parts, furniture and furniture frames, mantles, decorative carvings, and three-dimensional reliefs. We can also provide custom pre-cut stringers for stairs in new home building & renovation projects.

    Metal Fabrication

    We offer a range of high-performance routing and engraving suited to a wide variety of applications. These include the profiling of control panels, cutting of 2D and 3D parts for fabrications and full 3D milling for the creation of prototypes, models and molds. Our CNC machine can process most non-ferrous materials such as aluminum, brass and copper.

    Plastics & Signmaking

    Southern CNC can easily machine, engrave and create 2-D & 3-D signs from all types of plastic and sign materials including acrylic, PVC, HPDA sheets such as puckboard, ACM (aluminum composite material) and foam.
